Data Tiles

I found this today, via Kevin Rose's blog. (Im a fan,). I think this is the coolest thing. Its definitely Next Gen. I always love it when new technology comes out.

The whole idea of these modular tiles doing different things is really cool. Oh and the movie of it working is really impressive.

This is still in testing and I have no idea when this will come to market but you have to admit, its really cool.

PS3

I went away (again) but I'm back. From now on, I make no promises. OK?

I'm in love with the PS3. From what I've seen of it so far makes me jump for joy. I've already started putting my dimes and nickels away in order to get it. The wiresless controls and the fact that I can get it to act as a wireless hub for my PSP really adds to its vaule, not to mention the BlueRay media. 50Gigs of storage (not to mention TDK's making a 4 layer disc capable of storing 100gigs.)

I've always been a Sony boy and I still have PS1 games so the fact that the system is also backward compatable is a definite plus. It also seems that everyone else is doing the same, Microsoft and Nintendo. Nintendo has gone to the point where you can download any NES, SNES or N64 Game onto the system. To be honest, this might be enough to get me to buy a Revolution but it will always a Playstation first.
