CNN non-coverage of Sony DRM: running away from or hiding story?

CNN not covering Sony DRM story & there's speculation it's due to them being part of Time Warner (& RIAA). CNN.com removed a story from last month re: DRM & artists but Google's cache has it. The old story not much compared to the rootkit story but its removal + them not covering the rootkit story is sucpicious.

This is why the old ways of news gathering is going to go the way of the dinosaur. It use to mean if it wasn't on the evening news, then it didn't happen. Not anymore. We have the power, not you Mr. Multinational Media company.
